Arizona’s leading economic indicator is the real estate industry. Since the recession hit, the real estate industry has faced a troubled market the likes of which we have not seen. A massive inventory of homes for resale and a drastic decrease in demand have forced real estate firms to employ new ways of thinking just to keep the doors open. Our panel of leading real estate professionals will discuss key lesson learned and strategies implemented to survive the greatest downturn of our time.
