Twenty two years ago, ATS executives thought they had a great idea for a new business that would leverage technology to improve traffic safety. The primary challenge at that time was nobody had ever heard of their product – and it had never been used anywhere in the United States. After establishing and validating the benefits of automated traffic enforcement, twenty years later that great idea has developed to become a standard tool for traffic law enforcement across the country.

Enterprise Network is pleased to present these entrepreneurs to share their story of how ATS made it from a pioneering environment of creating demand before it existed to managing hyper-growth today. This story is about managing change. ATS’s principals will share the lessons still being learned in real time as they approach the Number 1 photo enforcement solution provider in North America. Attendees will learn about retaining control of a highly competitive, capital and an R&D intensive business while undergoing hyper-growth in the US market.

Key take-aways for Executive Forum attendees:
• Innovation and Selling in a political environment: Creating demand for unique products before the industry exists
• Managing hyper-growth: Aligning your business and market
• Competitive differentiation: How David leads Goliath
• Lessons in leverage: Debt: friend or foe? How debt can be the least and most expensive instructor on your business? Managing growth and raising capital in a difficult market.
