About me
As a supporter of Enterprise Network’s mission to support Arizona’s entrepreneurs, I serve on EN’s Board of Directors and the Marketing and Program Committees. Six 9s Customer Research, my company, conducts after event surveys that provide Enterprise Network with actionable feedback from EN’s Executive Forum attendees.

I am president and founder of Six 9s Customer Research, a full service customer research firm known for helping clients look at their organization, products, and services from the points of view of their customers and markets. This actionable intelligence enables organizations to resolve customer problems, add value important to customers and markets, and enhance their competitive position. Six 9s’ clients include America’s largest independent tire company, the nation’s leading retail supplier of pet products and services, and leading global suppliers of software solutions for the telecom market.

Prior to starting Six 9s in 2001, I had over 20 years of experience in high-tech strategic marketing, partnership development, and strategic planning. At Motorola he developed and executed successful product, marketing, and business strategies with a focus on applications in mission-critical industries. I led the team that developed Motorola Computer Group’s Linux and high-availability software strategies winning four product of the year awards.

My wife, Phyllis, and I moved to Phoenix from New York City many years ago and moved within two years to the far north just south of Cave Creek and Carefree. I served on the City of Phoenix’s Village Advisory Committee that developed the growth plan for the north of Phoenix and the detailed plan for Desert Ridge.
